Trying new Recipes with Melody

I love to bake and try new recipes to see if I can recreate different cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Some recipes are easy and some not so much. Now am by no way an expert baker and still learning new techniques. Recipes I choose most of the time depend on if I have the ingredients available at our small town grocery store. Living in a Rural area, and working a full time job does not leave a lot of time for baking and trying new things. Planning in advance is a must for me. Right now I love trying the Copy cat recipes for Crumbl cookies. Today I am going to give the Churro recipe a try. wish me luck.
